I applied during the job fair in our university, as well as through their company website. One week after our job fair, they called (via mobile number), asked about my background (e.g. course, university, hometown), and scheduled a personal interview. During the same week, I got interviewed by an HR Manager. After a few days, they called again and scheduled for a panel interview. A few hours after the interview, they called for an offer. The interview is pretty welcoming, and at the same time professional.
