I was approached by an internal recruiter at the end of Dec 2018. I had 3 phone interviews spread out over 1 and 1/2months and 2 in-person interviews at the end of January 2019 and beginning of Feb 2019. Long pauses in between each phone interview with no updates or feedback. I felt like I had to run through a lot of hoops for no reason. The last person I interviewed with treated me like they were doing me a favor by speaking with me. I doubt that if I was given an offer, I would have accepted it. Between the HR dept and the elitist attitudes of 2 of the people I interviewed with, it was not a welcoming environment.
