Very sloppy overall. I actually never heard back from NFCU despite patiently waiting . They interviewed me over an approximately 2 month period - which they drug out as if time does not exist. And after three (3) interviews - I got absolutely no reply, despite my follow up. Moreover, they never answered any questions I had about salary or start date which I found really strange and nontransparent. Overall, I found Navy Federal Credit Union very disrespectful and unprofessional to the people they interview - I would not recommend wasting your time with them as I unfortunately did. Btw, Glassdoor needs to add another answer below under their question" Did you get an offer". I selected "No" but that's not quite accurate.
