In total 4 rounds of interview (including two on site) of about 30 minutes each. Huge time gap between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd/4th rounds wherein the HR team did not respond to my follow up requests at times. After the fourth round, two of the HR team members never even had the courtesy to respond on my application despite multiple follow ups via calls and texts. I later realised ended up wasting a lot of my time because of their attitude and false assurance of responses. My advice is to be careful while dealing with them and keep options open and don't hang around waiting for them if you have another offer.

The interview process was very nice. It happened very smoothly. It was fluid and fast. I got to know about leadership and the company philosophy. I liked that the structure of the organization was flat and there were no cabins on the floor. Everyone sat together, irrespective of the hierarchy.
