The interview process was very casual. I was never asked to review my resume. I submitted a form that I was emailed, regarding my sorority, current year in college, extracurricular activities, and why I wanted to be a stylist. The interview was conducted via Skype. The interviewer went over the role extensively, including the weekly and monthly requirements and expectations. She was very nice and friendly and excited to have me on board.
