Interview with owners/principles. Fairly relaxed and open conversation. They were interested in understanding mostly how to sell research projects more than the delivery of them. They are very sales oriented as opposed to delivery. In addition, they are very, very quantitative in orientation.

How would I sell and manage market research projects with sectors they hadn't had a lot of business with yet, including beauty, pharmaceutical, etc.
