I was employed through a temp agency and later hired full time. After 90 days of working via the temp agency they asked me if I would like to be permanently hired with the company. They do not hire off the street. They only use Cadre Temp Agency, unless you are related to a current employee. The number of people related in the company is disturbing and they receive a disgusting amount of favoritism.
