They call you in for an interview first. The first interview is typically with 2-3 managers in the same group. It is in a conference room. They start by asking questions about you and then go into their questions about how much you know in that job/role. Someone else advised they had 2 interviews. I only had 1.

They gave a list of claims vocabulary which you had to define in front of them. They asked about conflicts with others/manager and how to resolved them. They asked technical coverage questions.

Someone from HR will reach out to you to schedule an interview if selected. The interviewer is very nice and makes the process comfortable and easy. They got back to me quickly.

Interview process took a few months. The interview are held with 2 different people from the hiring team. They ask you questions regarding experience and how you would react to certain scenarios. Overall the experience was good. I was able to learn about the position and its day to day.
