I got call from RBS HR directly and asked me about all my details and shared their Job description for the candidate they are looking for and scheduled a call on weekend.After seeing J.D I was impressed by seeing many requirements and thought I would be challenging,good so far!! Went to Amabattur RBS office on Saturday and entered office ,it was really good when comes to infrastructure and building structure.There are very less people for Technical support nearly 6-7. Waited for 1/2 an hour and they called for Technical interview.Guy I met was really good and so interactive ,friendly and professional. He started asking me about all my details and basic stuff and before proceeding further he explained about current JD ,I was shocked after listening that.He said that people they hire now will be working for L1 support ly whic is very basic support and reason they are hiring people is because currently working L2 &L3 support in RBS couldn't able to accept basic tickets and they are missing SLA ..LOL that's why they are taking 4+ experienced people.Lol biggest lol I never heard of. Apart from this technical interview well went with basic questions and process related and few uinx and SQL questions.He asked me that he will share his feedback and smiled . Now only left were 3 people and first 2 people went to management round and I was waiting for my turn, suddenly lady HR came from inside and asked my name and asked whether am the person who came by referral and I said nope ..I got call from HR and am not referral candidate. She asked my name twice and asked me to wait . Suddenly from no where 2 people came for interview and said they are those referral candidate and within 2 mins one guy came and said we all 3 can leave .I was shocked by the way they said and later understood because of those referral candidates.Why thy called us when there is chance of taking referral candidates and wasting our time .Please don't do this and do value other time and money.I HATE DT HR
