I applied through LinkedIn, after a week I got a call from the HR team and scheduled an interview the next day. They asked me the basic digital marketing questions and since it is a digital marketing role, they assessed me with a copywriting test, and I passed that one, later they asked me a few HR related questions, finally I got selected and accepted the offer (as I thought the package was good to start my career)
