Consists of three stages. First will be a chat with the hiring manager, then would be the take home assessment (BE heavy), and lastly would be a discussion/showcase of the assessment.

Arrogant, heavily-biased, rude, disrespectful, dishonour yet unprofessional individual as the head of engineering. The interviewer judge a book by its cover without even asking any technical questions or give the candidate any opportunity to showcase their skills, solely based on past experiences . (If you have doubt on people skills, just reject them during the initial resume screening stage, don’t invite them to an interview and humiliate them) The worst part is, I as a candidate, attended the interview professionally, yet the interviewer told the recruiter that arranged the interview that I did not attend (I’m not sure what is his intention). For talented individuals, PLEASE avoid the engineering department of this company to avoid interview bully. What a shame.
