I got a call from NagraVision HR in June 2021
There was a hiring manager round followed by two technical rounds and a managerial round
I had cleared hiring manager round and two technical rounds and reached till managerial interview round.
Here the manager, Mr. Venkata Ramana did initial discussion with me but it was at this time he discovered my Notice Period of 60 days and rejected me saying that he is not Ok with 60 days.
Advice: You should filter candidates based on Notice Period as the first step of hiring and not the last step. Stop wasting time of candidates.
