2 technical interviews, first one with senior developpers, second one with managers (1 director). This is followed by HW interview. Thechnical interview consists of letting the candidate describe a project and asking clarifications to evaluate the depth of understanding. Then, a coding question (generally in C) is asked and checked with a free discussion.

First screening with the director then folowed by 4 hour interview with some amateur engineers who has no knowledge of whats a technical intwerview. They are just coming back from school and think you can quiz a 20 year old expeience person with university exam questions. One of the worst inteview process I ever experienced in my 20 years of experience. Its like they dont know the interview process. First you need to ask whats there in the CV before jumping to the university level questions.
