there are 3 steps,1. interview via HR and escalated to the appropliate team. 2. Japanese original interview, the person can speak and write Japanese for business skill, 3.English speaking test it's just simple test.

The interview questions were generic and has no contribution to what the job is about and that is a reason why I declined. Along with it they have no extra benefits or incentives to drive you further.
Very smooth and the Technical HR was very friendly. All in all it was great. Right from the beginning, normal HR Round was also amazing, got selected and the onboarding was also great,
