Online app submission, then phone screen with HR in Michigan, then an in-person interview, then a drug test and paperwork, then I began working within 3-4 weeks of the online initial app submission

Interview was remote via teams with two managers. It was a very casual interview where great questions were asked and they actually try to get to know you as a person.

During my time, it was a phone interview followed by 2 onsite interviews and a written test. One insite interview with the team leader and then with the managing director.

You basically sit and listen to multiple managers tell you how great they are. Then you begin to wonder when the interview will begin. Then you slowly realize that this is the interview:........ HR will not be in touch with you and you will not be given an update. The. One day they will randomly call you and offer you the job. The HR department is the least impressive of any company I’ve worked at.
