Entretien
I had a 2 1/2 hour interview with four different people, 30 minutes each. The first was with the HR recruiter who was very nice and asked me typical behavioral questions about project management. The next person worked in a team that was looking for the intern and they asked me about my interests and asked me case questions related to the problems the team was facing. The last two people talked about what they did in the team and what the intern would be doing. The interview overall wasn't that bad. It just took a long time to hear a response back. It turns out the company wasn't going through with the internship anymore.

This was a 2 stage interview starting with 1 online and then an in person. Meeting with the hiring manager and department director. Got an offer within a few weeks of the second interview.

Phone interview was conducted between different weeks and different people. First started with a recruiter, and then continuing to move up higher at NRG. The last interview was with multiple people who worked in the company.

Entretien
Application is done through skillbridge website then phone call from talent acquisition. The call was a brief summery of the position and locations available. The talent acquisition agent will try and place the candidates in an open best suited to their strengths.
