Interviewed with HR recruiter Connie in office. Lasted one hour and was comprised of questions regarding past work experience, job expectations, some STAR scenarios and small talk. Received email same day to take sales assessment test. After submitting test I was told I would hear back. Sent nice email a few days later inquiring as to status and was told hiring manager was at trade show and I would be notified upon his return. Heard nothing and again inquired about a week and a half later (again a nice email requesting to know either way) and still no response at all Even an email stating they decided to go with another candidate would be the professional thing to do. Should have questioned things when I asked to use restroom after interview and in the waiting room they had two restrooms...BOTH MEN'S! Said woman's restroom was in back of building but I could use the men's but to hurry up! Be wary if you interview with this company. Don't expect to hear back from them and if you are a woman...use the restroom before you get to this office!!
