Phone call first to ask some details about why I applied, then followed by an interview with a lot of people that lasted about 1 hour, then another phone call, then another interview (this time more technical)

The interview proces include one technical interview followed by an assignment if passed ur invited for a second interview with managment and team lead and if u pass the second interview u'll get an offer.
