Online, relaxed interview. I felt comfortable answering the questions and it was a very pleasant experience. It lasted about 20 minutes where I talked about my experience in my previous job as well as the skills and attributes I can add to Next.

I was first rejected by email but received a call a few weeks later asking if i was still interested and did the interview right away. The interviewer was lovely, friendly and turned it into a chat rather than an interview. I was called in a few days later and went through the assessment. I had checked glass door before I went in so had a rough idea of what the assessment was like. I was asked to pick out an outfit for an occasion. I was told that I’d get a call soon, which I received 2 days later and started the following week.
