The Interview was in 2 steps, all of which was completed via Google meet due to the Pandemic. 2 People were present on both occasions and completed both within 2 days.

Describe 1 thing you have achieved where you thought was tough.
The interview process for the Technical Support Analyst role at Next consisted of three rounds.
Online Assessment – This was relatively easy as long as you paid close attention to the questions.
Group Discussion – Around 6–8 candidates participated. We were given a printed scenario to review individually, followed by a group interaction and problem-solving discussion. This round was evaluated by a panel of six members from the Next team.
Online Technical Interview – This round lasted about 60–90 minutes and included both technical and behavioral questions, as well as some stress-testing scenarios. Unfortunately, I did not clear this round.
