One to one. The interviewer cam unprepared and he asked some stupid questions one of them was about my ethnic background.
This company they don't know what they want.
There is no clear system in NDY. The basic issues are missing there.

Entretien
Very friendly people and pleasant interview process. It was a two way interview. There was a good presentation about the company and the directors seemed very easy to get on with, answering very clearly to all my questions.
