It was very casual, like talking to a friend. The questions were straightforward. They questions which brands and agencies I had a worked with, an addition to making sure I was up to date on any and all media math.

-Interviewer very laid back and outgoing
-Asked the most standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, etc)
-Answered all of his questions professionally and accurately
-Unfortunately was not selected due to someone with more sales planning experience

Talk about the values. This was a positive experience but remember to do your research and come prepared with thoughtful questions for one or two individuals who are interviewing you.

The interview process was very long, took a matter of 1-2 months, I had a total of 4 interviews and a 4 part exercise. Intensive but good results! The interviews themself varied depending on who was interviewing you. Most questions were general questions to learn more about the candidate.
