There was not much of an interview process when I first applied to work there. I met with the manufacturing manager briefly and was hired on the spot because they needed extra help at the time for an ongoing project. After a basic test which involved things like how to use a ruler and tape measure and showing me around the warehouse I was asked to fill out paperwork to begin employment.
