Technical screening, then a lengthy interview process (6 interviews over the span of two days). Probably spent about 5-7 hours total in interviews here. Went through all the interviews then was told that I am going to get an offer. Then the day that we were supposed to have the offer call, they postponed the call to the following week. Then once I had the call, they told me that upper management changed their mind and wanted to hire a more senior engineer instead of me (an entry level engineer), so they no longer want to go ahead with the offer.
