During the phone screening with HR, we engaged in a brief 10~15minutes conversation. The questions asked were straightforward, and towards the end, she mentioned that they would sponsor the visa for international nurses. We agreed to schedule a Zoom meeting for the further interview. However, a few days later, she informed me that they are currently not sponsoring visas, leading to the cancellation of the interview. Nevertheless, she mentioned that they would reach out once they resume visa sponsorship, so I am patiently waiting for further updates.

It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.
