Very disorganized process. I applied online, then received a call from a recruiter. Recruiter reached out before our scheduled time to ask if we could meet earlier due to a meeting she had. I said okay no problem. Then she decided to go with the original time. On the day of, she still called earlier, catching me off guard. She was friendly though. Next came a phone interview with the hiring manager. Told me about the position, including hours, location, expectations, which were different from what the recruiter told me, so it felt like a bait and switch. I was put through to a Zoom interview after the phone call. Showed up to the interview 5 minutes early, waited around til 10 minutes past the scheduled start time, then logged off so I could try to reach out. I reached out through email to let them know I was online but no one else was there. They rudely claimed that they were there on time and I was the one that was late and declined to move forward.
