It was a decent process. It was not overwhelming hard. I felt prepared for the questions. They were not trying to trick me. The overall hiring process was also not very long. The on boarding process was the longest part. Otherwise, the process was very simple.

Very Straightforward interview process. I applied online and the hiring manager (senior director of the department) reached out to me via email to set up an in person interview for the next week. The interview was behavioral and mainly to talk through my experiences and see if I would be a good fit for the team.
