Interviewed by the supervisor, then the director, then HR. The interview with the supervisor involved telling them about my experience and how I’ve handled conflicts with patients and other colleagues.

The interview process was smooth. The staff made the process very easy and understanding. The staff was welcoming and supportive. I was able to learn and adapt new social work practices to my work.

Two rounds of interviews total with one case prep. Case involved a clinical presentation, as well as a role-play. Questions were pretty standard "what would you do in xxx scenario" and what is your clinical experience in X, what is your program management experience in X, and how comfortable are you w/ law enforcement (specific to the role)
