A recruiter called me for a position that I applied on Indeed. She scheduled me to have a phone conversation with the hiring manager of the Scientific Data Management Group. The hiring manager called me 10 minutes late than the scheduled time. She didn't explain the position clearly but instead muffled on several things that they do at MSHS and asked if I am interested in. Probably she didn't know for which position she interviewed me. She didn't ask anything precise vis-a-vis of technical match between the job profile and my background. She was so nervous it was almost like me interviewing her. No clear questions, no technical discussion, no salary expectation... just muffling on unrelated topics. It is very disappointing.
