I had one initial phone interview followed by two in person interviews. The process was pretty typical with questions about previous experience and personality. The three interviews were scheduled pretty quickly (all within two weeks), but the employer never ever got back to me, despite followup. What I found to be particularly inappropriate was that the director shared my contact information with a friend of hers without 1. asking my permission and 2. ever letting me know if I was hired.
