I received an email 2 weeks after applying. I first have a phone screening interview, then I received another e-mail for an in person interview. Once I get there to the location they sent me, and introduced myself, they apologized and notified me that the interviewer was in another office (the other side of the city). They waited for me in the other location. The interview was very quick and informal. 1 week after that, I received a call to assess my Spanish Proficiency with a person who clearly spoke little Spanish. In the same week, they called my references and interviewed them for 20-30 mins. 2 weeks after that, I received an email to invite me for a final interview. In there, the interviewer explained me the program and asked me a few questions. She told me that if they select me, they will call me for another meeting and discuss the salary. I sent her a Thank you email, but she never responded. 2 weeks after, I tried to contact them, but I only received an email from HR stating I was not selected. It was a very long process.
