The phone interview was easy. Asked about my previous experience and education. Was told the litigation position was filled even though the website had three positions open. They offered me a $15/hr position for case manager in training. They never were gonna offer me the litigation role. I got referred by an employee who is a friend of mine, she also has no experience. My interview process was honestly a great experience. From the start, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was that it did not feel like a generic, scripted interview. They asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully to my answers, and seemed genuinely interested in my background, experiences, and what I had to say. The conversation felt natural, and I appreciated that they gave me room to explain myself instead of just running through the usual stereotypical interview questions. Overall, it left me with a very positive impression of the firm and the people I would potentially be working with.
