It’s done is Zoom call and very thorough. It doesn’t take long. You send you emails of how you’re expected to dress for the zoom interview and all. The connection isn’t the greatest though. During the interview I kept having to say it was pausing of breaking up and it made me feel bad because I kept having to ask for repetition.

There is a standard phone screening, then if you're picked after that, an in person interview which they go over your job history, etc. The in person interview is very relaxed and friendly.
