Had two interviews. They offered me an assistant position instead of the paralegal position I applied for. I respectfully declined as the pay was less than my current employer at the time.

Great interview, not really structured much just a normal conversation and its kind of fun, they didnt like the questions on their list ad opted to talk more about the role and what they are looking from. Mind you this was the third round. The first and second were standard interviews and you would have to prep

I went to the interview. I did not have enough experience but it was okay. I was still able to be seen by the manager. Possibly neeed to reassessment if I am qualified for these positions.
