It was a normal application, i did the test and I did the 7 question hire vue, an interview in the End. It was a telephone interview with an associate.
HireVue then AC - behavioural and technical questions asked
Don't need previous technical experience
Asked why MS, questions focused on their culture and values, group exercise and interview then one to one on basic programming ideas

First you have to complete Online assessments, which are pretty standard tests, most like other spring weeks. I dont believe there were any behavioral questions. Then the hireview was pretty standard too.
