Multiple emails and phone calls with pretty basic behavioral questions. The financial exam required before the training was general in nature and covered many aspects of wealth management, integrity, regulations, etc. The people I worked with were personable and were able to answer any of my questions. I wasn't sure that I wanted to follow through with three year training pipeline so I declined the opportunity.
The interview process for finance roles is typically structured and competency-based, with a strong emphasis on technical knowledge and analytical ability. Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
