I interviewed with the Assoc. Complex Manager personally. It was a pleasant conversation, open and honest. No questionnaire, no preset script. One of the most comfortable interviews I ever had.

What do I want to do? How long have I been in the business? As above, it seemed like the interview was just a conversation.

Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
