I met with Dalton for my interview. Dalton was very knowledgeable about the company and the position I was applying for. He told me about how family oriented the company was and I was sold. It is always nice to work for a company that treats you and your family like their family. The interview lasted about 45 mins. Then he took me over to see the new building they would be moving to with in the next month or two. After looking at the new space I was told that he would speak with the CEO and Owner and go over my information but I should expect to receive an offer by the end of the week. I interviewed on Wednesday, Thursday I was asked to come in to meet with the CFO and Dalton again to go over the insurance information. The following day was Friday and I was offered the position by lunch time. I excepted the position and have not looked back since. I am very happy with our the interview process went as well as how welcoming everyone at Moose Roofing as been.
