Initial screening call followed by an Assessment Centre which lasted for roughly 6 hours. Involved an individual case study task (Excel, PowerPoint and Presentations Skills), one-to-one interviews and a group task with the other candidates. Overall, it was a really positive experience as it gave a good insight into the organisation and the tasks were interesting.
