The first interview was a little vague I couldn't get enough information about the actual position. The second interview was kind of a sale of the job. Someone explained everything about the position and how everything works and I never felt like I was the one being interviewed. After that another person talks to you ask you if you like how they operated, also if you see a future and they welcome you to the team.

I was brought in for a 1st round interview where they briefly explained the nature of the position. Later that day i was contacted to come back in for a 2nd round interview. We went downstairs for coffee where my interviewer explained more in detail the role. After he explained what we would be doing as well as compensation and advancement i was free to ask questions to clarify everything we went over. They were very thorough and i was accepted for the position!
