I applied online, few days later I had to complete questionnaire phase known as "Getting to know you", after a day or two I had an interview with the head of HR.

Entretien
Applied online, following which I was asked to come in to their Johannesburg offices to do a psychometric test. The test included, graph analysis, basic statistical analysis and a general knowledge around the financial sector. After which I was invited to a second interview which was a lot more straight forward, this included basic interviews questions.
