Applied, called in for an interview and was not offered the job. The interview was short and I asked about salary expectations. I was not called back for another interview despite having stellar academic backgrounds and industry experience.

Applied online, the president called me the day after, I went in the following Monday for my interview. In the in-person interview, I interviewed directly with the president. Afterward, one of the attorneys was brought in and did a short additional interview.
