Fairly straightforward, easy and quick to get interview scheduled. Met with recruiter then hiring manager. Molina practices majority remote work and interview was remote. There is some travel with some positions so keep that in mind on what business segment you work for and to ask recruiter. Benefits are great and given when meeting with recruiters.

I applied online and was contacted by human resources for screening. They set up an interview and subsequent interviews with the team. Oh my dealings were with the recruiter.
