I was reached out by a recruiter. I interviewed with the CFO and the day after with the President. I received the offer ten days after the final interview. I liked the process. They asked for the technical skills they were looking for the job.

I applied on a Sunday and received an email on Monday asking for more information as a screening method. By the next day I had an interview scheduled. The interview was very straightforward. I met with a manager first then with a VP separately. The whole thing took about an hour. A week and a half later I received a call with an offer.
