the interview went well , asked basic python questions , then the managerial round which went went on for 30 minutes , i thought i did better , but they didn't release the results , not even rejection mail , for a mnc like molex , they should convey the results , even asked the hr through mail , but still no reply

I had applied through a staffing agency. The interview was virtually conducted. I cleared 1st round which was technical. 2nd round was also technical but this was a panel round and easy. After 2nd round it had been a month, neither the staffing agent nor company HR is responding to my calls or emails. I was confident that I would get selected but I'm disappointed that they neither select nor reject the candidate nor inform me anything about the current status of the hiring process.
