Applied through their website. Interview process started with a Culture Index survey, a video screening with the COO, a challenge consisting of several situations and how you would handle them, and then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was very quick and took about two weeks.

The interview process went great! The interviewer was attentive and at ease. I like that they have 'people first ' attitude and provide possibilities like training to climb further the career ladder.

Very straightforward; always knew what the next step in the process was; Mojo communicates well and moves the process along
Mojo puts more emphasis on the person and who they are, wanting to ensure a great fit from a culture perspective, more than they place emphasis on skills, background, achievements, experience, or certifications.
Skills can be taught, and they're more than willing to teach those skills to the right person.
