Online application and in person interview. I was at the final stages of the interview(in person, reference and background check done) and waiting for an offer letter. They mailed me saying they decided to postpone the hiring for the role. I cancelled other interviews as I really liked the company. I also received calls from HR saying they are preparing my offer letter. It was very unprofessional of them to cancel at the last moment, a week before joining.
