straight forward, phone screen with a recruiter, F2F with VP, F2F with SVP, phone conversation with COO & CEO and finally offer from the VP.

Entretien
Typical sales management interview. Sales history, management style, commission/bonus discussion, dealing with unproductive team members, pay history, etc.. Contacted by recruiter- 30 minutes on call, got invited to come into office. Easy scheduling of on-site interview. VP seemed half in and half out of the interview.

Entretien
very professional, great contact with Talent Acquisition Manager, smooth process. Started with phone screen with Talent Acquisition Manager, then meeting with the VP from Ottawa and finally lunch with VP from Ottawa and RVP for Canada. The interviews were more discussions about my perspective on the market, how I would change things around, etc.
