Got ghosted after onsite interview. Confusing HR interactions, random phone calls, not clear who I was to interact with, last minute schedule changes. From beginning to end, not a good or professional experience.

Very easy, only had one round where I talked to 2 people in which I worked closely with one of the two people during my actual coop. Get ready to answer the most basic interview questions.
I received an invitation for an HR screening, but the interviewer arrived 20 minutes late without prior notice. During the call, we discussed my experience, and I was explicitly told that the next step would be scheduling a Technical Interview.
Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after that. I sent follow-up email but received absolutely no response. In all my years of interviewing, this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Disappointing interview process.

Easy interview, just behaviorals, 2 30 minute interview with two different people who are now going to be my boss, they were really nice and friendly, HR contact was also really nice
