Entretien
The process to apply was lenghty and some of the questions seemed irrelevant to the position. I wish the employer would have been more specific in regards to what they were looking for. The employer took a couple of weeks to respond.

They asked me that they were looking for a fully licensed therapist but asked if I would be interested in potentially facilitating groups but how that would be a different application.
